- What happens when I indicate in the project form that I want to use Easy4enroll?
Once you indicate you want to use Easy4enroll, we will take you by the hand. We ask you to provide us with your Microsoft Tenant admin email address and domain details via a form to be completed. Upon receipt, we will invite you to give us permission for the API connection. This email contains a link that allows you to log in with your Microsoft account. With a simple click, you give us permission to establish the API link. You can deactivate this permission again at any time.
- What data is shared with Easy4enroll?
We only take relevant data from the device or school, with no personal information from users. You retain full control over the link and can deactivate it with ééone click. Your privacy and control are paramount.
- What are the benefits in a repair?
Are you replacing a motherboard or swapping an entire laptop during a repair? We ensure a smooth transition by automatically de-registering the old laptop and registering the new laptop. This not only prevents manual work, but also eliminates the possibility of receiving a laptop whose motherboard is already registered in another domain.
- What are the benefits with a new order?
With Easy4enroll, we achieve an automated link between the device, Intune registration and assigned group tags. This means no more hassle with CSV files to which group tags must be added and reïmported into Intune. All devices are effortlessly linked automatically in the Intune system.
- Are there any costs associated with Easy4enroll?
We strongly believe in the benefits of Easy4enroll and want you to benefit at no additional cost. If your needs go beyond just registration, we are happy to discuss how we can provide a customized solution. Convenience is paramount.
- Can I work with group tags?
Yes, we offer the ability to link group tags by school or location to devices through the Easy4enroll management tool. However, it is currently not possible to set group tags by class or year grade, for example, when placing an order, as we do not have this information directly. If group tags are manually added to devices in the tenant, Easy4enroll automatically adopts them.
- What if I don't want to use Easy4enroll but am using Intune:
The biggest advantage of Easy4enroll is automatic registration, which saves considerable time. However, if you do not want to use this automatic link, you can still obtain CSV files so that they can be manually processed in Intune. In addition, our final check lacks a double check. We obviously check that all devices are not connected to an external Intune domain. Unfortunately, we cannot always fully verifyëren this because we do not have control over this Intune data. As a result, a laptop may still come back from repair with an external Intune account. We make every effort to prevent this from happening.
- What about group tags of existing devices?
The grouptag assigned to a device by the educational institution is leading. When a device is repaired, the new or repaired device is given the grouptag as it was set at the time the device went into repair. The grouptags set in easy4Enroll are only defaults at the time of production (new devices) if no other is specified at the time of order.
